If so, we are currently looking for a Planning & Dispatch Administrator to support the effective and efficient administration of the Planning and Dispatch team.

The Position:
Reporting to the Planning and Dispatch Manager, you will be responsible for booking planned maintenance with customers in accordance with SLAs. You will also be assisting the planner to book new door installations as well as process purchase requisitions for processing material purchase orders. The position requires you to work closely with your team as well as liaising with other departments throughout the company, ensuring that any emergency information is passed on efficiently and clearly.
Skills and Experience

  • Effective communication skills
  • Exceptional time management and organisation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Previous experience using SAP
  • Industry experience
  • Previous experience within customer services
